基于加热源位置的温度控制算法的研究

摘要:在一个智能控温系统中,加热源位置的改变对原有恒温控制系统的控制精度影响很大,进而需要重新更换系统算法参数,适应现有环境。本文通过建立空间三维坐标,依次从三个空间方向,探究加热源位置的移动对PID算法的影响规律,并通过设计模拟恒温箱进行算法规律推算以及验证。恒温箱以STC90C52RC单片机为控制核心,采用数字化的PID算法作为温度控制的调节器,LCD1602、DS18B20为主要元器件,实现对恒温箱内温度实现监测和控制。

Studies on Temperature Control Algorithm Based on The Heat Producer Position
Abstract:In an intelligent temperature control system,the changes of heat poducer position has an influence on the original temperature control system's precision, you must change the parameter of the system,adapting the new surroundings.building up a three-dimensional coordinate,we study the impact of the changes of heat poducer which can move to three directions on PID algorithm,and we design a incubartor to verify the law of algorithm.The incubator makes STC90C52RC SCM as the core technology, adopting the digital PID algorithm as the adjuster to control temperature, the major devices, LCD1602 and DS18B20, realize gauging and control to the thermostat.
