动态竞争优势的形成以及与企业成长绩效关系的实证研究

摘要:研究工作以中国制造业为背景,检验竞争战略对企业成长绩效的影响,揭示企业获取动态竞争优势背后的知识资源整合模式。研究工作基于动态能力理论提出分析框架,利用2011年中国195个大中型制造业企业的调查问卷数据,采用包括中介作用项的统计检验方法和结构方程模型(SEM),获得如下研究发现。第一,建立柔性的组织结构、培育能动性的智力资本以及创造难以复制的独特知识资源,将是提升企业动态能力继而影响企业成长绩效的有效路径,对外部环境的适应性将成为企业之间竞争的关键环节。第二,动态能力的中介作用进一步验证了"企业资源→动态能力→成长绩效"分析框架具有较强的解释力,企业管理者关注动态能力的培育而非短视性、功利性的管理行为,将更有利于促进企业成长的可持续性。第三,初步揭示了企业建立特有知识资源、主动性智力资本、柔性组织模块的持续改善与重新整合的机制时,通过交互作用将组织独特的知识存量整合、演进、转化为组织编码知识,可以培育企业适应性战略框架下的动态能力。以上发现可以用中国大中型制造业企业特定的资源禀赋条件、市场需求响应能力、产业特定发展阶段和技术水平等因素解释。

Empirical Research on Relation Between Dynamic Competitive Advantage and Enterprise Growth Performance
Abstract:On the background of manufacturing industry in china, this article verifies competitive strategy's influence on enterprise growth performance, and finds out conformity mode of knowledge resource. Based on dynamic capabilities theory framework, this article utilizes 2011 annual survey data of one hundred and ninety-five large and medium-size enterprises, applies statistical test method including medi-effection item to analysis, and acquires the following conclusions. Firstly, establishment of flexible organization structure, forming of initiative intellectual capital and creation of unique knowledge resource are efficient path to improve dynamic capabilities and influence on enterprise growth performance. Adaptability towards external environment will be sticking point of enterprise's competition. Secondly, medi-effection of dynamic capabilities in development verifies strong explaination of "enterprises resource→ dynamic capabilities→growth performance" analytical framework. Administrator should concentrates on forming dynamic capabilities rather than adopting short-sighted and utilitarian management behavior, that is more propitious to improve sustainability of enterprises growth. Thirdly, unique knowledge resource can be integrated, evolved and transformed into organization codified knowledge through interaction, when enterprises establish Continuous improvement and re-conformity mechanism, that is efficient to form dynamic capabilities under the framework of enterprises adaptive strategy. Above-mentioned conclusions can be explained by specific endowment of resources, response capability of market demand, developmental stage and technical level of industry of large and medium-size enterprises in china.
