我国城市矿产回收行业发展研究

摘要：矿产资源作为现代社会发展不可或缺的非再生性资源之一，不仅是各国日渐重视的自然资源，更是影响人类社会进步的关键因素。原生矿产资源固有的不可再生的属性使人类开始寻找具有同样功能的替代品-城市矿产资源。在20世纪末循环经济观念深入人心，发达国家已经在城市矿产回收处理方面做出良好示范，得到世界范围内的广泛认同。本文通过对我国城市矿产发展现状的分析，结合目前实施的废弃电器电子产品回收处理基金，提出我国发展城市矿产的相关建议。

Abstract：As indispensible non-renewable resources in modern society, mineral resources are not only natural resources which attract growing importance in various countries, but also an critical factor in the advancement of human society. The non-renewable intrinsic property of non-ferrous mineral resources leads people to search for alternatives with same functions-Urban Mining. At the end of 20th century, cyclic economy has already been a deep-root concept in the perception of human race, several developed countries has made good demonstration in the respect of urban mining recovery processing, which has been given much publicity worldwide. This paper analyses the development of China's urban mining and tables proposals on Urban Mining.
