醋酸纤维素纳米缓释纤维的制备与研究

摘要:以微晶纤维素为原料制备醋酸纤维素,溶解于丙酮、DMAC中,葡萄糖作为缓释药物,甲醇作溶剂,混合于醋酸纤维素溶液中配制纺丝液,采用高压静电纺丝技术制备纳米缓释纤维,对其进行测试表征以及缓释行为模拟。结果证明,醋酸纤维素质量分数为15%为电纺的最佳工艺,纤维表面光滑粗细均匀,纳米纤维的缓释行为分为两个阶段,前7小时释放速率较快,释放率达到40%,其后释放速度较慢,最终释放率达到94%,具有良好的应用前景。

preparation and study of acetate cellulose Nano-release fibers
Abstract:Preparing acetate cellulose use microcrystalline cellulose as a raw material , dissolved in acetone, DMAC, the glucose as a sustained release drug dissolved in methanol to prepare spinning solution, which mixed with the cellulose acetate solution. Using the technique of electrospinning to prepare nano buffer release fibers, test the characterization and simulation as to studying release behavior. The results prove that the cellulose acetate mass fraction of 15% for the best electro-spinning process, the fiber of uniform thickness and smooth surface, sustained release behavior nanofibers into two phases, the first 7 hours faster release rate, the release rate of 40% subsequently released slowly, eventually release rate reached 94%, with a good prospect.
