摘要：本文简单介绍了Windows Phone 8操作系统的内核架构和VoIP系统，详细介绍了基于SIP协议的VoIP系统在Windows Phone 8智能手机上的设计与实现，该客户端包括四大模块：用户界面、VoIP后台代理、后台核心处理库、进程外服务器，本文讨论了实现的关键技术，实现了该客户端的功能。

Abstract：In this paper simply introduces the architecture of the Windows Phone 8 operating system kernel and the VoIP system,and makes a detailed introduction to the design and implementation of the VoIP system on Windows Phone 8.The client mainly includes four modules:User Interface,VoIP Background Agents,Backend kernel and Out-Of-Process Server.This paper discusses the key technologies implementing the client and then testing the functions.
