基于ADAMS,AMESIM和MATLAB的锯床控制系统仿真

摘要:以废旧铅酸电池回收处理系统的锯床为研究对象,运用Pro/E建立锯床模型,导入ADAMS软件中建立多体动力学模型,运用AMESIM软件建立动力源系统的模型,运用Simulink建立控制系统的模型,并以 MATLAB/Simulink为主仿真环境,通过软件接口将多体动力学模型和动力源系统模型集成到MATLAB/Simulink中,利用参数关联构建系统完整的仿真模型,实现了机械、液压、气动、控制系统仿真模型的有效的集成。这个仿真可以估计这台废旧铅酸电池的专用锯床的设备工作效率,同时为锯床的自动化控制提供一定的指导意义。

Control System Simulation of Sawing machine Based on ADAMS/Simulink/AMESIM
Abstract:Recycling of used lead-acid batteries with a sawing machine as the research object, the paper used Pro/E to establish sawing model and import the model into ADAMS software to create a multi-body dynamics model ,then used AMESIM software to establish the source of power system model, created model of the control system with Simulink. The use of the software's interface make multi-body dynamics model and power source system model connected under Simulink, and the use of parameters associated with building a complete system simulation model, to achieve the mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, control system simulation model of effective integration interface .This simulation can estimate this special ULAB sawing equipment efficiency, as well as provide some guidance for automatic control of sawing machines.
