Research on Real-time Control System for Quality Information in Bus Line Manufacturing Process

Abstract：In the view of the problems including the poor ability of quality information real-time acquisition, the high redundancy of the quality information and the poor ability of comprehensive analysis and early-warning on quality information which exist in the traditional serial control way under the bus line manufacturing process, a real-time control system for quality information in bus line manufacturing process was put forward. Then the present situation and demand of the quality information control were discussed, and a collaborative management and control mode for quality information in bus line manufacturing process was constructed. This paper analysis on the function system of this system, and some of the key technologies were studied, including the real-time information acquisition based on multi-function interactive information terminal and a quality information model in bus line manufacturing process. Finally, the developed system was applied to a bus line manufacturer in Jiangsu, and good results were obtained.
