FPSO软钢臂系泊监测集成系统设计

摘要:针对目前FPSO软钢臂系泊系统缺乏集成监测的现状,基于软钢臂系泊系统的结构特征,设计了对该类FPSO及其系泊结构运动姿态和外部环境实时监测的集成系统。传感器采集到的原型测量数据经过数据采集器传输到上位机,集成采集软件对数据处理之后得到所需要的监测要素。通过对"海洋石油102"在2102年6月至12月的现场实测数据进行统计分析,总结了FPSO及其系泊结构在该时间段内的运动规律。

Design of integrated monitoring system for FPSO Soft Yoke mooring
Abstract:Aiming at status of FPSO soft yoke lack of integrated monitoring, in view of the characteristic of soft yoke structure, a real-time and integrated monitoring system for the movement posture of FPSO mooring structure and the external environment was designed. The data measured by the sensors transform to the PC via data acquisition unit. By statistical and analysis of the real-time measured data from "HYSY102" In June 2102 to December, the motion law of FPSO and mooring structure was summarized in this period.
