含风电场电力系统的暂态安全风险评估

摘要:大规模风电并网给电力系统的稳定运行带来了新的风险,因此量化含风电场电力系统的风险会为电力系统的规划、设计、运行与控制提供重要的依据。本文提出了含风电场电力系统的暂态安全风险评估方法,侧重于评估风电场并入电网对系统功角稳定的影响。利用蒙特卡洛模拟系统的故障扰动和风速波动等随机因素,采用EEAC法将风电场对同步发电机功角的影响等值为同步发电机的机械功率,并计算相应的暂态稳定裕度。最后基于蒙特卡洛模拟法,量化了系统暂态安全风险指标。

Transient security risk assessment of power system incorporrating with wind farm
Abstract:Large scale renewable power generation brings new risk to the power system operation and stabilization, therefor measuring the risk of power system incorporating with wind farm would provides reference to the planning, designing, operation, controling of the power system. This paper proposes a method of transient security risk assessment of power system incorporating with wind farm, focused on the influences on the rotor angle stability when the wind farm incorporates with the power system. Uncertain factors based on Monte-Carlo simulation include both sequence of disturbance in power grid and stochastic generation of the wind farm. Then the influence of the wind farm to the rotor angle of synchronous generator will be equal to mechanical power with EEAC. Transient stability margin will also be computed by EEAC. At last transient security risk assessment index will be measured by Monte-Carlo simulation.
