摘要：本文针对大型项目干系人管理难度大、沟通不及时、信息资源复杂等问题，提出了无缝隙项目管理模式及其信息系统开发架构和工作流模型，实现项目中多用户管理、文档资源与系统集成以及项目干系人之间沟通管理的无缝隙。然后，以南水北调中线天津段曹庄泵站工程为背景，设计了质量、成本和进度为主体的无缝隙项目干系人工作流模型并以此为基础开发了无缝隙项目管理信息系统。实际应用表明，该系统在帮助企业实现信息资源有效共享和项目干系人间沟通管理上有明显效果。

Abstract：Considering the difficulties, time-delay and complicated information resources in stakeholder management of large projects, the seamless project management mode was introduced, according to which information system development framework and the project workflow model were established. Through the framework and model, seamless management of the multi-users in project stakeholders and the seamless integration of the user's documents can be achieved. Then, the Seamless Project Management Information System of the Caozhuang pumping station project, sub-project of the Tianjin Section of the Middle Route of South-North Water Diversion Project, was developed on the basis of them, which illustrated that the system can accelerate the stakeholders' communication and the document resources can be shared among the project stakeholders.
