壳聚糖辅助制备无粘结剂NaX沸石微球及其CO2吸附分离性能研究

摘要:利用壳聚糖辅助制备了无粘结剂X型沸石微球。对合成的样品进行了XRD、FTIR、SEM和低温氮气吸附等表征。结果表明,沸石微球具有高达930 m2 g-1的比表面积和中等的抗压碎强度,尺寸约为1.3 mm,组成微球的X型沸石晶体出现了明显的交叉生长,尺寸约为500-700 nm。将微球进行Ca2+和K+交换后,分别研究了在常温常压下对CO2、N2、CH4的吸附性能和CaX微球对CO2/CH4和CO2/N2混合气的穿透实验。结果表明,三种类型无粘结剂的X型沸石微球对CO2均具有优异的选择性分离能力,筛选出了适用于不同条件下的CO2吸附剂,其中CaX微球对CO2/CH4和CO2/N2混合气的分离因子分别为12和79。

Chitosan-assisted Synthesis of Binderless Zeolite X Microspheres and Their CO2 Adsorption Properties
Abstract:Binderless zeolite NaX microspheres could be readily prepared by using chitosan-assisted synthesis. X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and low temperature N2 adsorption were applied to examine the obtained products. The microspheres with uniform size of ca. 1.3 mm, medium crashing strength and larger surface area of 930 m2 g-1 are composed of compactly packed and intergrown octahedral particles with a particle size of ca. 500-750 nm. CO2, CH4 and N2 adsorption at 298 K and ambient pressure and Ca2+ and K+-exchanged ones were measured. Separation of CO2/CH4 and CO2/N2 mixtures on the CaX microspheres in breakthrough experiments was performed. The results indicate all of the three types zeolite microspheres preferential adsorb CO2 and can be used as CO2 adsorbent for different needed. The separation factors of CO2/N2 and CO2/CH4 mixtures on CaX microspheres are 79 and 12.
