青藏高原亚高寒草甸植物群落对氮磷添加的响应

摘要:本文以青藏高原亚高寒草甸为研究对象,分析了不同水平和组合的氮磷添加对植物群落生产力和物种多样性的影响。结果表明:(1) 单一氮素添加显著增加植物生产力和降低物种丰富度,而单一磷素添加对二者无显著影响;(2)氮磷之间存在交互作用,且对植物生产力和物种丰富度的影响要比单一添加氮或磷更加显著;(3) 植物生产力与物种丰富度、群落透光率之间存在负相关关系,物种丰富度与群落透光率之间存在正相关关系。综上所述,甘南亚高寒草甸受氮素限制,而不是磷。资源添加导致地下对土壤资源的竞争转移至地上物种对光资源的竞争,即植物生产力和群落盖度增加,引起群落透光率的减小,从而导致劣势或稀有种在地上光竞争过程中被随机排除,最终引起物种多样性下降。

Response of plant community to nitrogen and phosphorous additions in sub-alpine meadow of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau
Abstract:The objective was to investigate the effects of nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) addition treatment combination on aboveground plant productivity and species richness in sub-alpine meadow of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau, Gannan, China. The results showed that (1) nitrogen (N) addition alone significantly increased aboveground plant productivity and decreased species richness, but phosphorus (P) addition alone did not be, (2) interactive addition of nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) affected strongly aboveground plant productivity and species richness than addition of nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) alone, (3) there was a significant linear negative relationship between aboveground plant productivity and species richness, light penetration, and linear positive relationship between species richness and light penetration. The results suggested that sub-alpine meadow ecosystem in Gannan was nitrogen (N) limitation, but not phosphorus (P). Moreover, fertilization led to competition shifts from belowground soil resource to aboveground light resource, and the aboveground light competition results in random species loss. That is to say, aboveground plant productivity and community coverage increased with fertilization, and light penetration in community canopy intensified, consequently, small individuals of all species died under intense light competition led to local extinction of initially rare species or stochastic loss of species from plots.
