外资企业跨文化管理中的文化融合研究——基于Hofstede文化维度视角

摘要:随着中国加入世界贸易组织和全球经济的一体化,大量外资企业进驻中国。每个国家都有与其政体相适应的物质文化、精神文化与社会文化,而跨国必然会导致母国文化与当地文化持续接触,因此很可能由于文化差异而导致冲突。如何应对母国文化与中国文化的冲突,进行跨文化管理,使各不同文化和谐相处,成为外资企业能否在中国获得成功的关键因素。本文从Hofstede的五个文化维度视角出发,通过对一加资企业调研,深入分析外资企业在华现状及面临的文化冲突,提出切实可行的策略,为在华外资企业的跨文化管理提供参考。

Cultural Integration Study in Cross:cultural Management of Foreign-funded Enterprises ----Based on the Perspective of Hofstede's Five Cultural Dimensions
Abstract:With China's accession to the WTO and global economic integration, a large number of foreign-funded enterprises station in China. While each country has its own form of government adaptation to the material culture, spiritual culture and social culture. So the multinational will inevitably lead to the home country culture and local culture in continuous contact, which is likely to arouse conflict because of cultural differences. How to deal with conflict in the home country culture and Chinese culture, carry out cross-cultural management so that different cultures live in harmony, are key factors in foreign-funded enterprises to succeed in China. Based on the perspective of Hofstede's five cultural dimensions and the research of a Canadian-owned enterprise, this paper makes a deep analysis of the status quo and cultural conflict in foreign-funded enterprises in China,it will put forward a practical strategy in order to provide a reference for cross-cultural management of foreign-funded enterprises in China.
