城市轨道交通项目建设时序的Monte Carlo & AHP仿真

摘要:实现城市与交通可持续发展,必须建立科学合理的出行结构,优先发展公共交通;有序推进城市轨道交通网络建设是缓解城市交通拥堵和优化交通结构的治本之策。城市轨道交通的规划、建设、运营是一脉相承的,新线的开通建设对既有线会产生一定程度的影响,在既定规划的基础上合理化建设时序使新线与既有线间形成良好的衔接,对于优化轨道交通行车组织、提高网络化运营服务质量是一个至关重要的环节。本论文构建了城市轨道交通项目建设时序的评价指标体系,在分析传统AHP方法的特点的基础上,考虑评价决策的随机不确定性,应用Monte Carlo & AHP仿真的方法确定项目建设时序,并演示分析了具体的案例应用。

Research on Construction Order for Urban Rail Transit Projects based on Monte Carlo & AHP Simulation
Abstract:In the realization of the sustainable development of the transit and the city, it's necessary to rationalize the travel structure and give the higher priority to the public transit. One of the critical aspects is to regard the rationalization of the construction order for the rail transit network as the foundation of the policy for mitigating the urban traffic congestion and the optimization of the transit structure. The planning, construction and operation of the urban rail transit projects are originally interconnected. The building of the new line will affect the existed lines to a degree. Based on the existed planning, the rationalization of the construction order to make a sound connection between the new lines and the existed lines is a key point for the optimization of the train operation and the improvement of the network service level. This paper builds the evaluation indexes for the ranking of the related projects. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the traditional AHP, considering the stochastic and uncertainty of the evaluation for decision, it applies the Monte Carlo & AHP simulation method and demonstrates the concrete practice on the virtual case.
