对ICP-AES测定硅酸盐加气混凝土中多种元素的方法的研究

摘要:在各种元素分析方法中共存元素对分析元素的干扰比较严重且加气混凝土中主要元素的含量影响后期产物的组成和性能,本文采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪对以硅酸盐为主的加气混凝土中Si、K、Ca、Al、Mn、Fe、Ti、Mg元素进行测定。本文选择了合适的仪器参数,适宜的分析谱线以及酸溶碱熔两种方法,通过合理的背景校正和建立标准曲线,取得了良好的测试精确度。与传统测试方法相比,本文采用多元素同时分析测试时间短,样品消耗少,结果更准确。

Research on Determination of Many Elements in Silicate Aerated Concrete by ICP-AES
Abstract:In this study, we use the inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrome to detect the contents of Si, K, Ca, Al, Mn, Fe, Ti and Mg in silicate aerated concretes. Because of the interference of coexistent elements on the analysis of elements in a variety of analytical methods and the content of the main elements may affect the composition and performance of the latter part of the product, this experiment selects instrument parameters ,suitable analytical line and two ways of acid-soluble and alkali fusion to obtain perfect accuracy by reasonable background correction and standard curve. Compared to traditional test methods, this test cost more short time, less sample consumption, and get more accurate results by multi-element analysis.
