拉伸速率对β成核聚丙烯纤维结晶结构和拉伸性能的影响

摘要:本文借助熔融指数仪和自制的卷取装置制备了纯的和含有β成核剂的等规聚丙烯纤维,用差示扫描量热法(DSC),广角X射线衍射法(WAXD)和小角X射线散射法(SAXS)以及拉伸实验对其结晶结构和拉伸性能进行了研究。结果表明:在相对低的拉伸速率时,成核剂的加入导致纤维中β晶含量较大,并且分子链和片晶的取向以及晶片厚度等随着拉伸速率不同也发生变化;此外,与纯的iPP 纤维相比,在相对高的拉伸速率时,含有成核剂的纤维拉伸强度和断裂伸长率有所提高。

Effect of stretching ratio on the crystalline structure and tensile property of β-iPP
Abstract:Pure isotactic polypropylene(iPP) and iPP/β-nucleating agent (β-NA) fibers were prepared with the aid of melt flow rate indicator and a home-made take-up device.The crystalline structure and tensile behaviors of all the fibers were characterized by DSC,WAXD,SAXS and test testing.Results showed that the addition of β-NA result in abundant β-phase at lower stretching ratio, and the orientation of molecular chain and lamellar,the thickness of lamellar have changed with the variation of stretching ratio;in addition, the tensile strength and the elongation at break are increased of iPP/β-NA fibers which compared to neat iPP fibers at relative higher stretching ratios.
