煤的发热量与水分、灰分的关系研究

摘要:根据试验数据,首先利用线性回归方法建立了羊场湾、梅花井、枣泉、红柳、清水营分厂煤炭干基高位发热量Qgr,d对应干基灰分Ad的数学模型;然后,通过各分厂的干基高位发热量与干基灰分的函数关系推导出收到基低位发热量与干基灰分、全水分之间的关系式。以此关系式可计算出此种原煤在Mt、Ad发生变化时的发热量,此方程对实际生产能够产生一定的指导作用;另外,从发热量随灰分变化的趋势图中明显看出,随着灰分的增高,发热量呈下降趋势。

Study on Correlation between Calorific Value and Moisture and Ash Yield of Coal
Abstract:According to the test data,firstly,using linear regression method to establish the Mathematical model between dry basis perch calorific value and dry basis ash of Yangchangwan, Meihuajing, Zaoquan, Hongliu and Qingshuiying plant;then,the relation between net calorific value and dry base ash,total moisture was deduced from dry basis perch calorific value and dry basis ash of each plant.This relation can be calculated the calorific value of the raw coal as ash and moisture changes,the equation can produce certain guidance effect for the actual production; in addition, see evidently from the tendency chart of the calorific value with ash changing,with the increasing in ash, the calorific value presents downward trend.
