图像恢复ROF模型的一种共轭梯度解法

摘要:本文介绍了全变分TV (Total Variation)在图像恢复中的应用。首先给出了以TV为基础的ROF(Rundin, Osher, Fatime)图像恢复模型。接着得到了ROF模型的Euler-Lagrange方程,然后对此方程进行全隐式离散,得到一个迭代方程组。之后采用CG(conjugate gradient method)方法来对此方程组进行求解。数值实验结果表明了本文的图像恢复方法是有效的。文章最后进行了总结。

A Conjugate Gradient Method for ROF Model in Image Restoration
Abstract:This paper introduces the applications of the total variation method in image restoration. First, the ROF model based on TV for restoration is shown and the Euler-Lagrange equation is given. Secondly, the Euler-Lagrange equation is implicitly discretized. Thirdly, the conjugate gradident method is applied to solve the equations. Experimental results show that the method in this paper is effective. Finally, the conclusions are given.
