藏药“达里”抗氧化活性组分的TLC-生物自显影及HPLC指纹图谱筛选研究

摘要:目的: 对藏药"达里"不同药用部位及全药不同极性部位进行抗氧化组分的筛选。方法: 采用DPPH分光光度法对藏药"达里"抗氧化活性成分进行初步筛选,结合薄层色谱-生物自显影技术和HPLC指纹图谱对藏药"达里"抗氧化活性组分进行分析。结果:藏药"达里"不同药用部位均具有一定的抗氧化活性,其中全药的抗氧化活性较花和叶强;乙酸乙酯提取物的抗氧化能力较强,揭示它包含"达里"主要的抗氧化活性成分。结论:该方法准确、简便可行,为进一步探索藏药"达里"抗氧化活性成分提供了科学依据。

Screening for antioxidant components of the Tibetan Medicine Dali by TLC-bioautograhpy and HPLC fingerprinting
Abstract:Objective:To screen the antioxidant components in different officinal parts and different polar parts of Tibetan medicine Dali. Method: The antioxidant ability was evaluate, as well as antioxidant components was preliminarily screened in Tibetan medicine Dali by spectrophotography,TLC-bioautograhpy and HPLC fingerprinting. Results: The research revealed that all the parts of officinal parts had the antioxidant ability. And the extraction of flowers displayed the stronger capacity than leaves. The ethyl acetate phase included the major components with strong antioxidant capacity in Dali. Conclusion: This method was accurate and reliabile, which would provide a scientific basis for further exploring antioxidant components of Dali.
