用于纵向往复磨削修形插齿刀的修形砂轮的轮廓优化

摘要:纵向往复磨削是一种高效的直齿插齿刀加工方式。为了满足插齿的成型工艺,需要插齿刀的齿形面局部凸起或对其进行修顶,这给砂轮轮廓的生成带来一定的困难。本文提出了一种优化锥面砂轮轮廓的方法。首先建立了插齿刀几何特征的数学模型。然后从该模型推导出锥面砂轮,并对其轮廓进行了探讨。最后提出了实际插齿刀和理论插齿刀廓形偏差的计算方法。该方法可用于Kolb KZ2锥面砂轮齿轮磨床的数控软件开发。偏差的计算结果表明该插齿刀拥有较高的精度。

Profile optimization of a form wheel in the lengthwise-reciprocating grinding of modified shaper cutter
Abstract:Lengthwise-reciprocating grinding process is an effective way to generate accurate spur shaper cutter. In order to realize composite processing of gear shaping, semi-topping and protuberance are always required on the tooth surface of shaper cutter, which increases the difficulty of determination of grinding wheel profile. This paper proposes a method to optimize the profile of conical grinding wheel. Firstly, the mathematical model of geometrical characteristics of the shaper cutter is established .Then the profile of conical grinding wheel derived from the this model is discussed. Finally, the computation method of profile deviation between the actual shaper cutter and the desired shaper cutter is presented. The solution has been used for developing software for the CNC retrofit of Kolb KZ2 conical wheel gear grinder. The result of deviation calculation reveals high accuracy of the ground shaper cutter.
