杯状横磁真空灭弧室的涡流场分析

摘要:真空灭弧室中的横向磁场触头在通过交流电流时,会有涡流产生。随着频率的升高,涡流效应更加明显。该文对杯状横向磁场触头进行了涡流场仿真分析。结果表明,触头结构参数的变化及触头材料的变化对涡流产生影响。另外,横向磁场真空灭弧室由于其随频率升高而具有更强烈的涡流效应。当触头直径,开距,开槽角度,杯高,杯厚一定时,随着频率的增大,当电流过零时,横向磁场强度均有明显的增大的趋势。

Analysis of eddy current on cup-type TMF contatcs
Abstract:Eddy current will be generated when the alternating current through the transverse magnetic field(TMF) contatcs in the vacuum interrupter. As frequency increases, the eddy current effect is more obviously. The cup-type TMF contacts were simulated for the eddy current in this paper. The results show that the changes on the structure have effect on the eddy current. The results also show that the transverse magnetic field vacuum interrupter has higher and more strongly eddy current effect with the higher frequency.When the contact diameter, open distance, slotted angle, the coil thickness, the highness of coil is constant, the transerve magnetic field strength were significantly increasing as the frequency increases when the current is zero .
