空间自回归模型筛选与长江口悬浮物、海温对海藻空间分布的影响

摘要:介绍了空间自回归模型、检验与估计和模型筛选的主要理论,并用其研究了长江口海域2011 年夏季悬浮物、海温与海藻的空间相互作用关系。在对悬浮物、海温与海藻的空间建模过程中,我们对近年零碎的模型检验与估计理论和模型筛选原理进行了归纳整合,提出模型残差检验和拉格朗日乘子检验相结合的方法进行拟合优度检验,并系统化地应用于实际研究。研究结果表明:悬浮物、海温与海藻在空间分布上都各自存在着显著的强空间自相关性;悬浮物对海藻的分布一直有着显著的正空间相关影响,海温对海藻的空间分布在6、8 月份有较显著的正的空间相关影响,在7 月份这种影响减弱;悬浮物与海藻在空间分布上密切相关,是海藻生长爆发的关键限制因子和营养物质来源。

Spatial autoregression model selecting and influence of suspended sediment and sea surface temperature on alga in Changjiang estuary
Abstract:The main theories of spatial autoregressive model, testing and estimation,and model selecting were introduced systematically, and it was used to research the spatial correlation between suspended sediment, sea surface temperature and alga during summer 2011. In modeling the spatial distribution of suspended sediment, sea surface temperature and alga, we summed the pieces of resent model testing, estimation and model selecting theories up; We proposed a method of combined residual test and LM test in testing goodness-of-fit and used them systematically in the present study. The results indicated that: There were significant high spatial autocorrelations in the spatial distributions of suspended sediment, sea surface temperature and alga, respectively; Suspended sediment always has significant and positive spatial correlation effect on the distribution of alga, Sea surface temperature has significant and positive spatial correlation effect on the spatial distribution of alga in June and August but this effect decreases in July; The spatial distributions of suspended sediment and alga are closely correlated. Suspended sediment is the key dominant factor of the growth and bloom of alga, also the source of nutriment of alga.
