国宏化工选煤厂浮选系统可行性研究

摘要：国宏化工选煤厂因原煤煤质恶化，导致煤泥产量增加、灰分升高，出现了气化炉"吃不消"、气化效率低、能耗高等问题，同时也制约选煤厂的正常生产。经分析该厂的实际情况，在满足化工用煤煤质要求的基础上，提出增加浮选系统、完善煤泥分选工艺、优化产品结构，以实现优质煤炭资源的高效利用。

Abstract： Deteriorate of Coal Preparation of Guo-Hong Chemical Plant brings an increase of slime production and ash, which lead to several problems such as too much Feeding to the Gasifier, low Gasification efficiency and High energy consumption, so as to restricts Coal preparation plant's normal production. In order to achieve an efficient use of high-quality coal resources, After an analysis of the actual situation of the plant. Some modification measures were Proposed to improve sludge separation process and to optimize product structure by Adding of flotation system.
