陶二矿电网短路越级跳闸原因及解决方案研究

摘要:短路越级跳闸问题给邯郸陶二矿变电站造成了很大的麻烦,为了彻底解决短路越级跳闸问题,对导致越级跳闸的根本原因进行研究并制定解决方案。利用电力系统分析软件PSASP对陶二矿电网进行建模,短路仿真分析得到各点的短路故障电流,并用Matlab软件作图分析短路越级跳闸的根本原因。研究结果表明,导致陶二矿电网发生越级跳闸的原因有多个,无法通过合理整定阶段式电流保护来解决陶二矿电网越级跳闸问题,改保护原理为差动保护是合适的方案。鉴于传统差动保护存在的缺点,提出了基于数字化变电站全站信息共享实现差动保护的方案,并对陶二矿数字化变电站的改造进行了探讨。

Study on the Causes of Overrde Trip in Tao Er Mine Power Grid and Solution Scheme
Abstract:Override trip problem causes a lot of trouble in Tao Er mine substation, the root cause of override trip is analyzed and solution scheme is made in this paper in order to thoroughly solve the problem. The model of Tao Er mine power grid is established in this paper by using the power system analysis software PSASP, and short circuit fault currents of each end were got by short circuit simulation analysis. MATLAB is used to map for analysis, and the results show that several causes lead to override trip in Tao Er power grid, so override trip problem in Tao Er power grid can not be solved by reasonably setting stage current protection, so changing protection principle from stage current protection to differential protection is the suitable scheme. In view of the disadvantages of traditional differential protection, the scheme to realize differential protection based on the total information sharing of digital substation was put forward, and transformation scheme of Tao Er mine digital substation was discussed.
