单缸摩托车发动机双火花塞点火试验研究

摘要:某单缸四冲程单火花塞汽油机,以每升油行驶的最远距离为判定标准,即以降低油耗为终极目标,而发动机的燃油经济性对整车的行驶距离起到了至关重要的作用,良好的燃油经济性可以减少整车对燃油的消耗,增加续驶里程。采用双火花塞是一项显著提高燃油经济性的措施,本文为参赛单缸摩托车发动机设计了双火花塞点火系统,对双火花塞的点火提前角进行了标定实验,使发动机按照最佳点火提前角工作,在上述工作基础之上进行了发动机性能的对比实验。台架试验表明:在实验条件相同的前提下,与单火花塞相比,采用双火花塞并合理标定点火提前角,可以有效改善发动机的燃油经济性,降低整车油耗,提升参赛赛车的燃油经济性和比赛成绩。

Experiment study on dual spark plug ignition for Single-cylinder motorcycle engine
Abstract:IA single-cylinder four-stroke single spark plug gasoline engine for the China Econopower Race . The driving standard is determined by the most distance per liter of oil, reducing fuel consumption as the ultimate goal. But the engine's fuel economy driving distance of the vehicle played a vital role. Better fuel economy can reduce the fuel consumption of vehicle, increasing driving range. Dual spark plug is a measure which can significantly improved fuel economy. We devise the dual spark plug ignition system and optimize the ignition advance angle legitimately, making the engine work at the best advance angle. Then the comparison test of engine performance is conducted on the base of the work above. Bench test show that: at the same experimental conditions in the premise, compared with single spark plug, dual spark plugs and optimizing ignition advance angle legitimately can improve the engine's fuel economy, reduce vehicle fuel consumption and improve the car performance competition
