基于SimMechanics的变胞机构运动学与动力学仿真研究

摘要:变胞机构作为一种新型机构在工程领域有着广泛的应用。本文运用MATLAB/SimMechanics建立了一变胞机构的运动学与动力学仿真模型。通过仿真,得到了该变胞机构的全构态运动学与动力学响应规律。仿真结果表明,变胞机构在构态切换时运动变量和力有一定的突变,进而提出了解决突变的方案。此种方法为变胞机构的全构态可视化研究提供了一种新的途径。

Research on Kinematics and Dynamics Simulation of Metamorphic Mechanism Based on SimMechanics
Abstract:Metamorphic mechanisms, a new kind of mechanism, are widely used in the fields of engineering. In this paper, a kinematics and dynamics simulation model is established for a certain metamorphic mechanism by using MATLAB/SimMechanics. Through simulation, we get configuration-complete kinematics and dynamics response law of the metamorphic mechanism. The results of numerical simulation show that its kinematic varibles and force have saltation when the configuration chanes from one to another, and a method is put forward to solve this problem. This method provides a new approach for the configuration-complete and visual research of metamorphic mechanisms.
