含羞草与合欢的比较解剖学特征及其感性运动研究

摘要:本实验通过石蜡切片法,光学显微镜观察法,比较了豆科(Leguminosae)植物中含羞草(Mimosa pudica L.)与合欢(Albizia julibrissin Durazz.)的总叶柄、叶轴及叶片的解剖结构。结果表明:含羞草总叶柄的叶柄部位与其叶枕部位的解剖结构具有明显差异,但是合欢总叶柄的叶柄部位与其叶枕部位的解剖结构差异不明显,含羞草与合欢叶枕部位解剖结构无显著差异;含羞草与合欢叶轴的解剖结构具一定差异,叶片的解剖结构略有差异。含羞草受外界刺激时总叶柄与叶片运动迅速而合欢不具有感性运动,本实验认为含羞草网状裂腔的解剖结构与含羞草具有较强的感性运动相适应。

Comparison of anatomical characteristics and nastic movement of Mimosa pudica L. and Albizia julibrissin Durazz.
Abstract:By using the paraffin section method and optical election microscope, we compared the anatomical structure of common petiole, rachis and blade, which were from Mimosa pudica L. and Albizia julibrissin Durazz. in Leguminosae. The results showed the anatomical structure of petiole and pulvinus in common petiole of Mimosa pudica were extraordinary different, but the anatomical structure of petiole and pulvinus in common petiole of Albizia julibrissin were scrimp difference. The anatomical structure of rachis in M. pudica and A. julibrissin were similar. The anatomical structure of blade in M. pudica and Albizia julibrissin have some differences. When M. pudica was stimulated, its common petiole and blade move abruptly; but A. julibrissin haven't nastic movement. Based on their differences in anatomical structure, the anatomical structure of M. pudica crack cavity mesh may be closely related to its strong nastic movement.
