基于PLC与MCGS的矿井主通风机监测系统设计

摘要:矿井通风的主要目的是稀释并排除井下产生的有害气体和矿尘。良好的通风系统能为井下职工提供一个舒适的工作环境,确保矿井的安全生产。而矿井通风机又是矿井通风系统的主要设备之一,因此我们有必要进行全方位监控,以保证通风系统良好的运行。本文以山西潞安集团常村煤矿主通风机为监控对象,结合PLC技术、MCGS组态监控技术,对该矿井主通风机进行了PLC监测设计和研究。

The Design of the Monitoring System on Mine Main Fan Based on PLC and MCGS
Abstract:The major purpose of mine ventilation is to dilution and remove harmeful gas and mine dirts under mine. Fine ventilation system is a essential part of the safety of mine production.And mine ventilator is one of the main equipments of the ventilation system,so it's nessary to apply all-round monitoring to ensure the best running of ventilation system.The article uses the ventilation system of Shanxi Lu'an Group as a watching target,and we combine this with the PLC techonology, MCGS techonology.Based on all the techines stated above ,we designed the plan of monitor by PLC and then did reasearches.
