集散式电动汽车电池管理系统设计

摘要:本文提出了一种集散式电池管理系统设计方案,系统由电池管理单元(BMU)、高压控制单元(HVCU)和局部电控单元(LECU)三子系统组成,各子系统之间以及系统与外部整车系统采用CAN总线进行通信,同时在软件上采用可配置化设计,大大增加了电池管理系统的通用性和可扩展性,解决了当前电池管理系统的专用型和定制化的不足。

Distributing-center Electric Vehicle Battery Management System
Abstract:In this paper, a distributed-center battery management system was designed, which was composed of three subsystems: Battery Management Unit (BMU), High Voltage Control Unit (HVCU) and Local Electric Control Unit (LECU). The subsystems communication with the CAN bus, the same, the communication between the BMS and the vehicle controller with CAN bus. On the side of software design, through the system parameters configurable design, greatly improved the generality and expansibility of the system.
