饲料亚麻酸与亚油酸比例对黄颡鱼的影响

摘要:本研究旨在探讨饲料中亚麻酸与亚油酸比例对黄颡鱼生长性能、肝脏脂肪酸组成及其中间代谢的影响。配制6组等氮等脂的实验饲料,饲料中亚麻酸与亚油酸比例分别为0.35、1.17、2.12、4.18、7.11和14.64。实验为期7周。结果表明:饲料中亚麻酸与亚油酸比例为1.17和2.12组黄颡鱼的生长性能和摄食情况最好,饲料系数最低(P<0.05)。饲料中的亚麻酸与亚油酸比例显著影响鱼的肝体比、脏体比(P<0.05),但不影响肥满度(P>0.05)。鱼体组成也明显受饲料中的亚麻酸与亚油酸比例的影响(P<0.05)。一般而言,肝脏脂肪酸组成反映了饲料中脂肪酸状况。随着饲料中的亚麻酸与亚油酸比例上升,肝脏中亚油酸含量下降,亚麻酸含量增加(P<0.05)。EPA和DHA含量随着饲料中的亚麻酸与亚油酸比例上升而上升,这表明黄颡鱼能将C18多不饱和脂肪酸延长并去饱和变为高度不饱和脂肪酸。同时,随着饲料中亚麻酸与亚油酸比例变大,n?6系列脂肪酸含量下降,总n?3 系列脂肪酸和 n?3/n?6 比例增加(P<0.05)。饲料中亚麻酸与亚油酸的比例显著影响与肝脏中间代谢相关的几种酶的活性,如脂蛋白酯酶、肝酯酶、丙酮酸激酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶、苹果酸脱氢酶和乳酸脱氢酶,表明饲料中的亚麻酸与亚油酸比例对肝脏营养代谢有显著影响。

Effect of dietary LNA to LA ratio on yellow catfish
Abstract:The present study aimed to evaluate the effect of dietary linolenic acid (LNA) / linoleic acid (LA) ratio on growth performance, hepatic fatty acid profile and intermediary metabolism of juvenile yellow catfish Pelteobagrus fulvidraco. Six isonitrogenous and isolipidic diets were formulated to contain incremental levels of LNA from 0 to 5% at the expense of corn oil (rich in LA), resulting in six dietary treatmetns with LNA to LA ratios ranging from 0.35 to 14.64. The experiment continued for 7 weeks. Best growth and feed intake were obtained in the fish fed the diets containing the LNA/LA ratios of 1.17 and 2.12. Dietary LNA to LA ratios significantly influenced viscerosomatic index and hepatosomatic index, but not condition factor. Body composition was also significantly influenced by dietary LNA to LA ratios. Generally, liver FA composition reflected dietary FA profiles. Declining LA and increasing LNA contents in liver were observed with the increasing dietary LNA/ LA ratios. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and dososahexaenoic acid (DHA) increased with the increasing LNA to LA ratios, suggesting that yellow catfish could elongate and desaturate C18 polyunsaturated fatty acids into highly unsaturated fatty acids. As a consequence, the n - 6 fatty acid (FA) declined, and total n - 3 FA and n - 3 / n - 6 fations increased with the ratios of dietary LNA/LA. Dietary LNA to LA ratios significantly influenced several enzymatic activities involved in intermediary metabolism, such as lipoprotein lipase, hepatic lipase, pyruvate kinase, succinate dehydrogenase, malic dehydrogenase and lactate dehydrogenase, suggesting that dietary LNA/LA ratios had significant effects on nutrient metabolism in the liver.
