基于信任的移动支付采纳因素研究

摘要:本文在TAM模型的基础上,加入了感知的可试用性、感知成本、感知的信任及其影响因素,将TAM模型改进成为对于分析移动支付更加适用的模型,创新性的提出了移动支付用户接受模型。通过设计问卷、发放问卷来回收了用户对于移动支付的看法。利用回收的数据进行了实证分析。对模型中变量间的关系进行了研究分析,对研究提出的假设进行了验证。

A Study on Mobile Payment User Acceptance Based on Trust
Abstract:In this paper, based on the TAM model, we added perceived to trial, perceptive cost, perceptive trust to improve the TAM model to become more suitable for the analysis of mobile payment. By designing the questionnaire, sent out questionnaires to recover the user's view for mobile payments. Using data collected empirical analysis. On the relationship between the model variables were studied and analyzed, we got the relationship of the variables and made some suggestions.
