系统方法论视角下面向BPR的企业信息系统集成研究

摘要：本文结合信息系统集成研究的战略层、管理层和技术层三个层次，认为企业进行信息系统集成时，不仅需要考虑企业的战略方向，还需要与BPR同时进行。但是，涉及到的因素繁多，因此以系统方法论的视角，把企业当作一个复杂系统，通过系统动力学的因果关系图，将十七个元素划分为战略子系统、管理子系统和技术子系统，以描述企业在进行系统集成时各个因素间的相互关系。通过主要反馈环分析，得出面向BPR的企业信息系统集成的四个结论。

Enterprise Information System Integration during BPR: From the aspect of System Methodology

Abstract：Enterprise information system integration should be carried on with business process reengineering in the direction of strategy. However, it is fully complicated to make right decisions by considering so many factors in the reality. With the guide of System Methodology, this paper draw a casual loops diagram for enterprise information system integration. It describes enterprise as a Complex System with 17 elements and then divides the whole system into three sub-systems by the division of strategy, management and technology. Analyzing the main casual loops of this model, the author draws four important conclusions to help enterprise deploy system integration.
