基于AT89S52单片机与DS18B20的温度控制系统的设计

摘要:本文以AT89S52单片机为智能控制系统CPU,DS18B20为串行数字温度传感器,介绍了一种温度控制系统的设计方案,重点阐述了该系统的硬件构成、各部分的主要作用及系统软件的设计过程。在该温度控制系统中温度传感器负责采集温度,单片机控制温度在LED上实时显示,利用PC机进行实时监控,通过串行通信将采集到的数据送至PC机,利用超级终端软件实现温度在PC机上的实时显示。在程序中可设定系统的报警温度上下限,一旦温度超过极限值,单片机便启动声音报警。该温度控制系统结构简单,具有成本低廉、控制精度高的特点,可广泛应用于基于单片机的测温场合。

Design of Temperature Control System Based on the SCM of AT89S52 and DS18B20 Temperature Sensor
Abstract:This paper takes the SCM of AT89S52 as the intelligent control system CPU and DS18B20 as the serial digital temperature sensor and introduces the project about how to build the temperature control system. This paper focuses on the hardware configuration of the system ,the main part of the role and system software design process. In the temperature control system the temperature sensor is responsible for collection of the temperature and the MCU is used to control the temperature to real-time display on the LED. The PC is used in real-time monitoring and the collected data can be sent to the PC through the serial port communication. Besides,using the application software equiped with the Super Terminal can achieve the temperature real-time display in the PC. The limits of the system's alarm temperature can be set up in the program, when the temperature overruned the limits, the voice warning alarm will be startted. This temperature control system has character such as simple structure, low cost and high control accuracy and it can be widely used in many other microcontroller-based temperature measurement applications.
