基于MODIS数据的积雪提取算法的研究

摘要:通过对雪的波普特征分析,利用2008年1月湖南地区的MODIS数据资料,在前人所做研究工作的基础上,本文提出利用归一化差值积雪指数NDSI (Normalized Difference Snow Index) 和中分辨率成像光谱仪MODIS(Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectrometer)的20、26、29、31等波段结合,并结合归一化差分植被指数NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetable Index),逐步去除不同种类的云等对积雪判识的干扰,从而识别出湖南地区积雪分布情况。由结果检验和分析显示,利用本文方法可以比较有效识别出湖南地区积雪。

Method for Snow extraction Based on MODIS Data
Abstract:Through the analysis of spectral characteristics of snow, using the MODIS data in January 2008, Hunan region, based on the research work done by predecessors, the article puts forward a new method to remove the different types of clouds by the combination of NDSI, NDVI and MODIS band20, 26, 29, 31 and thus identify the snow in Hunan province. By the results of analysis and tests, it has shown that the use of this method can effectively identify the snow in Hunan province.
