摘要：建设项目可持续发展评价是建设项目评价体系中崭新的内容。本文在建立煤炭建设项目可持续发展评价指标体系的基础上，运用集对分析的多属性决策方法，构建了煤炭建设项目可持续发展多方案综合评价模型。通过案例验证了基于集对分析的煤炭建设项目可持续发展评价方法的有效性和可操作性，为煤炭建设项目在可行性研究阶段进行可持续发展评价提供一定的参考。

Evaluation method of Sustainable Development for Coal Construction Project Based on Set Pair Analysis

Abstract：The sustainable development evaluation for construction project is the new content in the construction project evaluation system. Based on the establishment of evaluation index system of sustainable development for coal construction project, the multi-solution comprehensive evaluation model of coal construction project for sustainable development is built by using multi-attribute decision-making method in the Set Pair Analysis. The effectiveness and operability of evaluation method for coal construction project sustainable development based on Set Pair Analysis is verified by using case, which would provide some consultation for the coal construction project evaluation of sustainable development in the feasibility study stage.
