膜分离技术在含油污水处理中的应用研究

摘要:通过对天然气采集过程中产生的含油污水进行研究,利用膜分离——催化氧化方法对污水中的离子组分复杂、杂质颗粒大小不一、有机物质多样、COD波动较大等问题进行处理。对不同种膜进行分析比较,选择了最佳孔径和最佳材料的分离膜。通过实际的现场测试,采用本文研究的膜分离技术处理的含油污水达到了国家二级污染物排放标准,满足了实际生产与环保的要求。

Membrane Separate Technology in Oily Wastewater Treatment Research
Abstract:Through studied the oily wastewater what come from natural gas exploitation. Use of membrane separate-catalyze oxidation craftwork separate oily wastewater which is ion components complexity, impurity particle sizes dissimilarity, a variety of organic substances, COD fluctuate. On the analysis and comparison of different types of membranes, select the best membrane aperture and material. By actual field test, this paper studies the use of membrane separation technologies to process the oily water up to the national two pollutants emission standards, meeting the actual production and environmental requirements.
