不同品种玉米须多糖含量的比较分析

摘要:为了比较不同品种玉米须多糖含量的差别,分别采用回流法、微波法和高压法提取玉米须多糖。结果表明,微波提取法优于回流法以及高压法。微波法提取最佳技术参数为提取时间120s,固液比1:50,提取次数为两次。同一品种的乳熟期玉米须中多糖含量要明显高于成熟期玉米须,豫奥三号的多糖含量最高,约为多糖含量最低的大棒3倍。

Comparison of Polysaccharides of Corn Stigma in Different Species
Abstract:In order t o compare polysaccharides content from different s pecies of corn stigma, three methods, reflux extrac2ti on, micr owave assist technol ogy and high hydrostatic p ressure extracti on, were used t o extract . The results show that :microwave assist technol ogy is best and the op ti mum conditi ons are: extracti on ti me of 120 s, the s olid and s olvent rati osof 1: 50, extracti on of t wo . The polysaccharides content of t wo months growing seas on is significantly higher than that ofthree months growing seas on for the same s pecies of corn stigma . The polysaccharides content of the Yuaosanhao is aboutthree ti mesmore than that of the Dabang.
