几种有机配体对Fe(II)-THPS鞣制作用影响

摘要:研究了在Fe(II)-THPS结合鞣中加入甲酸钠、邻苯二甲酸、柠檬酸、乳酸和酒石酸钠5种配体作隐匿剂对成革收缩温度(Ts)的影响,得出最佳隐匿剂是酒石酸钠;改变鞣制中酒石酸钠的用量(0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%、3.0%),测成革Ts,得到酒石酸钠最佳用量为2.5%;用实验得出的最佳条件,即2.5%的酒石酸钠作配体进行Fe(II)-THPS结合鞣并与单独Cr鞣、Fe(II)鞣比较,得到成革Ts比单独Fe(II)鞣略高,达90.3℃,成革耐老化性能比单独Fe(II)提高很多,物理机械指标已达到GBQB1872—93的标准,该结合鞣法是一种具有良好应用前景的无铬鞣法。
