摘要：源于美国的次贷危机迅速演变成遍及世界的金融海啸，对全球金融体系及实体经济造成了重创，航运业更是首当其冲地成为了本轮危机的重灾区。运用SWOT的战略管理分析方法，针对中国航运企业现阶段所面临的内外部环境，提出了影响航运企业战略选择的重要影响因素并进行定性分析，据以得出航运企业战略选择方案。

SWOT Analysis of China’s Shipping Enterprises

Abstract：The subprime mortgage crisis which originated from America has been evolved to be the world’s Financial Tsunami rapidly. This has inflicted heavy losses on global financial system as well as its entity economy. And the shipping industry is the first to be affected by this crisis. According to the internal and external environment facing the shipping enterprises in China presently, several influential factors which have important influence on the strategic choice of shipping enterprises has been proposed and qualitative analysis has been done on these factors in this paper applying strategic management analysis methods of SWOT. The results Is the strategic choice scheme of the shipping enterprises.
