大直径井孔钻进中空气洗井效果实验研究

摘要:根据空气洗井的影响因素,对大直径井孔的空气洗井效果进行相似实验研究。分别对三种不同钻杆内径、洗井空气压力及破岩岩粒粒径进行了全组合物理模拟实验,确定以上因素取值对大直径井孔的空气洗井效果的影响,并得到了洗井过程中空气流场的压力分布状态。结果表明,小破岩粒径、高压空气介质与大直径内径钻杆均可分别提高空气洗井效率。各因素影响的确定,将对空气洗井方法应用于大直径井孔起到一定的指导作用。

Experimental research on the air flush drilling effects of large diameter shaft hole drilling
Abstract:According to the influence factors of air flush drilling, experimental research on the air flush drilling effects of large diameter shaft hole drilling was carried out. Three different level of factor including the drill pipe diameter, Well flushing pressure and grain diameter were considered respectively and full-factor experiments were conducted, and the influence of different levels of factors on the air flush drilling effects were identified, moreover the pressure distribution of gas flow field was obtained. Result shows that the minor diameter of grain, the high flushing pressure and major diameter of drill pipe were conducive to high efficiency of air flush drilling. The decision of the these factor’s effects might be constructive to applying the air flush drilling to large diameter shaft hole drilling.
