改性活性炭纤维的制备及其对乙醇的吸附

摘要:为了减少对环境的污染及资源的回收,我们选用2%的硫酸盐为预浸剂,水浴温度30℃下磁力搅拌24h浸渍处理活性炭纤维,取出去离子水清洗后、120℃烘干之后600℃炭化,氩气保护恒温40min,制得改性活性炭纤维。通过碘吸附、亚甲基蓝吸附、苯吸附、XRD、SEM等表征了改性前后活性炭纤维的吸附性能、表面官能团及其微孔结构的变化,改性后的样品碘吸附、亚甲基蓝吸附及苯吸附都有所增加,而且对乙醇的饱和吸附量、穿透吸附量以及穿透时间除了硫酸亚铁为浸渍剂外都有所增加,其中以硫酸钾为预浸剂时吸附量增加最大为62.18mg/g,穿透时间延长了20min。

Study of Activated Carbon fibers’ Chemical Modification And Preparation And Its Adsorption on ethanol
Abstract:To reduce the pollution of surroundings and call back resource, we use s sulfate dipping dealing with ACF in water area 30℃ magnetically stirring 24h,then taking it out and 120℃ drying,next carbonization 600℃,keeping 40 protected of argon . At this time ,we gained chemical modification activated carbon fiber. Through iodine adsorption 、methylene blue adsorption 、benzene adsorption、 XRD、FTIR、SEM etc explaining the changes between no chemical modification and chemical modification ,we can find that because of chemical modification amount adsorbed saturation and amount breakthroughed of ethanol were all increased except vitriolic ferrite, especially vitriolic kalium dipped , the saturated adsorption amount increased by 62.18mg/g , the breakthrough time postponed 20min.
