镁合金火焰喷涂陶瓷涂层抗热震性能研究

摘要:本文研究了镁合金表面陶瓷涂层热震失效的机理、过程以及不同的热喷涂材料和热喷涂工艺对涂层热震性能的影响。最后得出,在Al2O3基陶瓷骨料中引入适量金属相Al,Al-CuO系铝热剂;喷涂Ni-Al打底层;喷后进行重熔处理可有效降低热应力,提高陶瓷涂层的结合强度和聚合强度,从而大幅度提高其抗热震性能。

Research on the Thermal-Shock Resistance of Flame Spraying Ceramic Coatings on Magnesium Alloys
Abstract:This article has studied the mechanism and process of the thermal-shock expiration of ceramic coatings on the surface of magnesium alloys,as well as the influence of different spraying materials and processes on the thermal-shock resistance of the coatings. Finally obtains, introducing right amount of metallographic phase Al, Al-CuO thermit in the Al2O3 base ceramic aggregates, spraying Ni-Al alloy as the first floor,and carring on heavymelt processing after spraying can effectively reduce the thermal stress and enhance the union intensity and thepolymerization intensity of the ceramic coatings, thus can enhance the thermal-shock resistance in large scale.
