基于ArcGIS的阜新市商业网点分布状况研究

摘要：随着中国经济发展和改革开放的进一步深入,商业分析已经悄然兴起并逐渐被人们所认识。本文以阜新市商业网点分布为基础，对商业网点分布作了初步的研究。此次研究借助了ArcGIS软件的空间分析模块，对商业网点的房产地价、年利润、商业等级等属性进行了分析，进而比较出商业点的利润大小。基于ArcGIS的空间分析功能在商品原产地和目的商业区之间找出最佳配送路径，进而减小了商品的运输成本。ArcGIS空间分析的结果还包括商业最佳位置的选择，通过成本加权找出商业最佳位置，进而获得商业最大利润。

Research of status of Fuxin city commerce net sites distributing Based on ArcGIS

Abstract：Along with the Chinese economy development and opening reform further thorough, analysis of business has already risen quietly and been known by the people gradually . This paper make a first step research to commerce net sites distributing, based on the Fuxin city commerce net sites distributing. This research used the Spatial Analyst of software ArcGIS, make an analyst for property of commerce net sites, house price, profit in one year and commerce grade, then comparing the profits size of commerce net sits. According to the ArcGIS the space analysis function, find out a best send the path from merchandise producing place and business of destination, for make the least conveyance cost of the merchandise. The analytical result of Spatial Analyst of ArcGIS still includes the choice of business best position, using the addition the cost find out the best position of business, to acquire the biggest profits of business.
