圆钢管混凝土轴压中长柱承载力研究

摘要:本文建立了圆钢管混凝土轴压中长柱承载力实用计算公式。首先应用模型柱法,对钢管混凝土轴压中长柱荷载-变形曲线进行全过程分析,得到了钢管混凝土轴压中长柱承载力的数值解法;其次,根据切线模量法推导了钢管混凝土轴压中长柱稳定承载力计算公式,与模型柱法计算结果相比,模型柱法偏于安全;再次,基于模型柱法,探讨了构件长细比、混凝土强度等级、含钢率和钢材屈服强度对钢管混凝土轴压中长柱承载力稳定系数的影响,并在修正切线模量法推导的计算公式的基础上,建立了钢管混凝土轴压中长柱承载力实用计算公式,得到了国内外216根钢管混凝土轴压中长柱承载力有效试验结果的验证。

Research on the Bearing Capacity of Concrete Filled Circular Steel Tubular Columns under Concentric Loading
Abstract:This paper presents a formula of the stability bearing capacity for the concrete filled circular steel tubular (CFST) columns under concentric loading. Firstly, based on the fiber model method, the load-deformation curves of CFST columns under concentric loading were simulated. And the numerical calculation method of the bearing capacity of the columns was developed. Secondly, in terms of the tangent modulus method, the calculation formulas of stability bearing capacity were proposed. The calculated results of fiber model method were in safe range when compared with tangent modulus method. Finally, applying fiber model method, the influences of the significant parameters, such as slenderness ratio, strength grade of concrete, yield strength of steel and steel ratio on stable coefficients of the columns were discussed and a formula of the stability bearing capacity for the columns was suggested through modifying the formulas from tangent modulus method. And the reliability of the method was tested by 216 specimens at home and abroad.
