侧吹风工艺参数对细旦异形纺丝成形影响研究

摘要:本文基于纺丝动力学模拟模型及理论,根据计算机模拟结果讨论了侧吹风冷却温度、吹风高度等对纤维所受张力、速度以及温度等的影响。结果表明:冷却吹风温度对纤维温度的影响较大,从而影响异形纤维的异形度;冷却吹风高度对纤维的温度分布影响较显著,纤维的牵伸范围变宽。

The research on the influence of the spinning formation for the fine denier different shape fiber to the side-blown wind’s craft parameters
Abstract:Based on model of the spinning dynamics simulation and the the theory, according to the computer simulation results, the influences on the tensity, the speed as well as the temperature to the side- blown wind cooling temperature and cooling height are discussed for the textile fiber. The results indicate that the cooling temperature has highly effect on the textile fiber temperature, then the ratio different shape for the textile fiber changes; the cooling height has remarkablely effect on the textile fiber temperature, the range of the draft for the textile fiber broadens.
