Zn1+xGa2-0.01-YGexO3x+4: Cr0.01,BiY制备及光学性质研究

摘要:采用水热合成后续煅烧的方法制备了新型Zn1+xGa2-0.01-YGexO3x-4: Cr0.01,BiY(X=1~4;Y=0~0.04)长余辉纳米粒子( Persistent Luminescence Nanoparticles,PLNPs)。通过优化反应条件、组成比例及Cr/Bi的共掺杂比例,提高了余辉发光性能。考察了煅烧温度和Cr/Bi共掺杂比例对PLNPs余辉发光性能和物相的影响。结果表明,水热反应温度为180℃、水热反应时间为24 h,X=0.02,Y=0.02时,余辉发光性质最好。所制备的PLNPs的最佳组成为Zn3Ga1.97Ge2O10: Cr0.01Bi0.02,具有尖晶石结构,余辉时间大于15天,具有良好的长余辉发光性能。

Synthesis and Photoluminescence Properties of Zn1+xGa2-0.01-YGexO3x+4: Cr0.01,BiY
Abstract:A Novel Zn1+xGa2-0.01-YGexO3x+4: Cr0.01,BiY(X=1~4;Y=0~0.04)persistent luminescence nanoparticles (PLNPs) were synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis followed by calcinations. By optimizing the reaction conditions, composition ratio and Cr / Bi co-doping ratio, the afterglow luminescence properties were improved. The effects of calcinations temperature and Cr / Bi co-doping ratio on the afterglow luminescence properties and phase of PLNPs were investigated. Zn3Ga1.97Ge2O10: Cr0.01Bi0.02 is the optimal composition of PLNPs with spinal structure, and the afterglow time is more than 15 days.
