无傅里叶变换光学传递函数研究

摘要:光学传递函数(OTF)是一种全面、客观评价光学成像系统性能方法,然而目前的光学传递函数理论是基于空域研究成像过程,结合傅里叶分析建立的。针对光学传递函数理论现状,本文在不使用傅里叶变换的情况下,以光波替代光线,研究了余弦条纹的透镜成像过程,得到了透镜的OTF。论文首先分析了余弦条纹发射光波性质,再根据透镜的参数和使用条件,分析了透镜收集和利用物面相干波的数量和质量,得出了像面余弦条纹参数,获得了理想透镜和有像差透镜的OTF。最后研究了照明光和余弦条纹相互作用过程,用表面波辐射解释了余弦条纹发射光波特性,得到了余弦条纹的反射系数。

Investigation of Optical Transfer Function Without Using Fourier Transformation
Abstract:The optical transfer function (OTF) can be used to evaluate the performance of optical imaging systems comprehensively and objectively. However, current method of determining an optical transfer function is based on analyzing the imaging process in the spatial domain and combining the Fourier transform. To this issue, replacing optical rays by waves, we study the lens imaging of a cosine-fringe pattern and obtain the OTF of the lens without using the Fourier transform. First, the properties of the light waves emitted from the cosine-fringe pattern are analyzed. Then according to the lens\' parameters and the working conditions, the quantity and quality of the coherent waves collected and utilized by the lens are analyzed, and the parameters the cosine-fringe pattern on the image plane are obtained. The OTFs of Investigation of Optical Transfer Function Without Using Fourier Transformation an ideal lens and a lens with aberration are obtained. Finally, the process of interaction between the illuminating light and the cosine-fringe pattern is studied. The characteristics of the cosine-fringe emission are explained by surface-wave radiation, and the reflection coefficient of the cosine-fringe pattern is obtained.
