定向凝固Al-10wt.%Mg 合金中孪生枝晶生长

摘要:羽状晶由于其与常规枝晶相比独特的生长形态而得到广泛的关注,研究表明,Al-10wt.%Mg合金羽状晶通常在一定区域内形核随后发生生长,初始生长方向较为杂乱,之后随着生长时间延长,羽状晶生长范围迅速扩大,淘汰常规枝晶。在羽状晶生长过程中,当生长速度降低时,出现枝晶的熟化,羽状枝晶的主轴及二次臂粗化,同时二次臂间距变大。EBSD 分析研究表明,定向凝固Al-10wt.%Mg 合金中羽状晶组织随着强制生长速度减缓,其孪生关系及晶体取向保持不变,交替的片层状结构保留下来,是一种典型的织构。

Twined dendrite growth in Al-10wt.%Mg alloy
Abstract:In this paperBecause of the distinctive morphology compared with conventional dendrites, feathery grain has been studied for a very long time. It has been found that the nucleation process of feathery grain obtained in directionally solidified Al-10wt.%Mg alloys is complex, the initial growth direction is disorder. Feathery grain grows rapidly and eliminates conventional dendrites gradually with increasing the time. Once the growth speed decreases, the spacing of dendrite primary and secondary arms get coarsened rapidly with increasing the solidification time. Additionally, the EBSD analysis shows that feathery grains obtained in Al-10wt.%Mg alloy by directionally solidifying are composed of twined dendrits, and the twinning relation and crystal orientation remain unchanged.
