大气沉积颗粒物对碳钢腐蚀行为的影响

摘要: 通过自然沉积颗粒物与人工模拟大气环境加速腐蚀相结合,研究了北京雾霾大气环境下表面沉积大气颗粒物对碳钢腐蚀行为的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及能谱(EDS)对颗粒物微观形貌及成分进行分析,并利用离子色谱(IC)对颗粒物水溶性组分进行分析检测;利用温湿综合模拟试验箱对试样进行干/湿循环加速腐蚀试验,腐蚀试验前利用计算流体力学(CFD)方法对温湿综合模拟试验箱内试样周围环境及试样表面的湿空气相变行为进行模拟预测;利用拉曼光谱仪、SEM和XPS分析腐蚀产物。结果表明材料表面沉积颗粒物成分主要以地壳元素为主,包含可溶性盐和沉淀不溶成分;颗粒物的沉积对碳钢的腐蚀行为具有促进作用,且随着碳钢表面沉积颗粒物沉积量的增加,对碳钢的腐蚀行为促进作用越明显。

The influence of the deposited atmospheric particulates on the corrosion behavior of carbon steel
Abstract:The influence of deposited atmospheric particulates on the corrosion behavior of carbon steel has been studied under the fog and haze environment in Beijing by the combination of accelerated corrosion tests and exposure tests. The SEM, EDS, IC were used to analyze the morphology, composition and water-soluble components of the deposited atmospheric particulates. The accelerated corrosion test was implemented using the temperature& humidity chamber. Before the corrosion tests, CFD method was used to predict the environment surrounding the samples and the phase transition behavior of wet air on sample surface . The corrosion products were analyzed by Raman spetra, SEM and XPS. The results indicated that the corrosion behavior of carbon steel were promoted by the deposition of atmospheric particulates, which consist of water-soluble and insoluble species. The main components of particulates were crust elements.
