梨花芽休眠进程中花器官发育及内源激素的研究

摘要:本研究以'黄花梨'(Pyrus pyrifolia. 'Huanghua')剥鳞花芽为材料研究花器官发育和内源激素的变化。利用石蜡切片技术观察休眠进程中花器官的发育情况,将'黄花梨'花芽休眠进程分为深度休眠期、休眠解除临界期、休眠解除完成期、萌动期四个时期;利用HPLC技术分析'黄花梨'花芽休眠进程中内源激素ABA、GA3、ZT、IAA及比值的变化情况。结果表明: ABA是休眠解除的抑制物,在休眠解除临界期达到最低值,在深度休眠时达到最大值;GA3的含量在休眠进程中存在一个阈值,当含量升高到一定程度时休眠解除,最大值时休眠处于解除临界期,而不是休眠完成期;ZT和IAA对休眠解除的影响不明显;GA3/ABA在休眠解除过程中起着重要的作用。

The study of Flower Organs Development and Endogenous Hormones of Pear Floral Buds during Dormancy
Abstract:In this study,the floral buds by removing scales of Pyrus pyrifolia. 'Huanghua' were used to study the flower organs development and the changes of endogenous hormones.The technique of paraffin section was used to observe the changes of the flower organs development and the dormancy processes were divided to four periodes:deep dormancy period ,the critical period of dormancy release, complete dormancy release period,buding period.The dynamic variation of GA3 , ABA , ZT , IAA and their ratio in the Pyrus pyrifolia. 'Huanghua' buds were tested during the dormancy processes by the technology of HPLC. The results demonstrated that ABA inhibited the dormancy release,the lowest value reached in the critical period of dormancy release and a maximum in deep dormancy;A threshold existenced during the dormancy processes of GA3, the buds was at the critical period of dormancy release when the content of GA3 rised to a maximum value rather than the complete dormancy release period;The impacts of ZT and IAA on dormancy release were obvious; GA3 / ABA played an important role in dormancy release process.
